WHO WE ARE
Northern Eagles Soccer Club is a vibrant, local, community based club competing in the Victorian Churches Football Association (VCFA).
We are family focused and completely volunteer based.
While based on Christian values, we warmly welcome anyone of any persuasion to join.
Our mission is to make a positive impact in our community by facilitating the widest participation for all men, women and children to enjoy the world game.
HISTORY
Northern Eagles Soccer Club was established in 1995 under the name Eltham Eagles.
Founder and former president Paul Cogger initially established the club to provide his own children with a chance to participate in a local soccer competition on Saturdays in the Eltham area.
The Club also embraced two Sudanese teams from 2008 to 2010, who went on to form the nucleus of Panthers FC based in Keon Park.
Our core venue until the end of 2016 was Adventure Playground Park, Wattletree Road, Eltham North.
The club is now located at a newly developed facility, Wilson Reserve in Wattle Glen.
